Xiaomi Launches Redmi Y2 along with MIUI 10 for India - Know the devices getting MIUI 10 first.

The Redmi Y1, being the first selfie-focused phone in the country from xiaomi, did a decent Job.

Now its time for the successor. The Redmi Y2 is a significant upgrade over the Y1 as the Processor has moved on to Snapdragon 625 from 450 and it got 18:9 aspect ration with Major improvements in camera and design.

The Price starts at 9,999/- for the 3,32 variant whereas the top variant with 4,64 storage options is at 12,999/-.

If you ask me, the base variant is fair enough and the 4,64 variant is a NO!

In the same event, MIUI 10 is also been introduced with a ton of customisations for India., mainly in messaging app.

The biggest change or feature is adding portrait mode with AI even for older devices having a single camera.

The update initially allows portraits through the front camera and later on to the rear single camera in future.

The update starts rolling out in batches with the beta version starting in June.
