Important news for Xiaomi Users | Let's Know more about the MIUI 9 - How to Get it First?

As we all knew that the best MIUI will be coming into play this August 2017, Let's find out even more about it in this article.

If you're a Xiaomi user, you must be very excited for the upcoming MIUI 9 as it claims to be the best ever and a very light version than the existing heavy MIUI 8.

That implies a much better battery Optimisation and as a result, our devices last even longer with the bigger batteries installed in many of the latest devices. I'm using Redmi 3s Prime BTW.

Reportedly, soon in August, the Beta version of MIUI 9 will be out for testers. You can apply for that within this month for the testing beta version of China developer ROM of MIUI 9 to taste it even faster. Applications are accepted through MIUI Forum app and you'll be notified through PM once you're selected.

The Stable build might take a bit more time to show up. 

What are the main features in MIUI 9?

. Many upcoming features are already out in the developer ROM of MIUI 8 as I was using that. They include a built in screen recorder too.

. Much useful and a lighter Lockscreen will show up as few leaks confirm that.

. A picture in Picture mode and Split screen feature is said to start with the devices which will be upgraded to Nougat with MIUI 9.

These are all the major updates regarding MIUI 9.
